The Archana Sharma Foundation of Calcutta, a registered Society under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act XXVI of 1961, was founded by Professor Arun Kumar Sharma in the year 2009 in the memory of Professor (Mrs.) Archana Sharma. The society was established and started functioning from the Department of Botany, University of Calcutta and is a non-profitable organization. The society started with a nine member group in 2009 and has presently 12 Governing Body members and 20 General members.
Archana Sharma Foundation of Calcutta in collaboration with Dept. of Botany invites all to attend a Seminar on 20th April, 2026 from 12:00 Noon onwards
at Archana Sharma Memorial Hall, Dept of Botany, CU.
